Well, whatever that charge sheet looks like... An Indian court has decided
WhatsApp admins should not be held liable for content on the group. I have
attached the relevant court order for ease of reference. The precedent in
India is persuasive for a similar case in Ke.

It will be Interesting to see a Kenyan judgement/Ruling
