[kictanet] Safaricom may face sanctions over network outage

Mr. Ali,

A simple SMS would work if the SMS worked in the first place :D

Anyway maybe they should use Twitter Hourly Updates. A lot of the
organizations that have had such issues have been using Hourly Twitter
Updates.
