Listers,
Article 4 clause (1) (e) of the proposed law states the Council of the
proposed Institute shall consist of...
"five persons of good professional standing nominated by the *Information
Communication Technology Association of Kenya*" [emphasis added]
which elevates ICTAK (a members' society) to the level of a statutory body!
Clearly ICTAK is trying to entrench themselves into a legal body.
Not good.
