As i have said earlier i have for this to investigated and can assure all that this is not intended and may be a configuration error in the billing system. No sms messages to TKL were envisaged earlier and we have just started technical testing. We will try to get records of all sms records and apply a refund

I am a victim of this matter, and i would like to point out that the actual charge being levied for the "undelivered" sms is actually ksh 10/= and not even the published sms rate of Ksh 5/= to other networks.

By way of this message, i hope also CCK and the courts will give this matter expeditious action.
