No sms messages to TKL were envisaged earlier and we have just started technical testing. We will try to get records of all sms records and apply a refund<BR>

I am a victim of this matter, and i would like to point out that the actual charge being levied for the "undelivered" sms is actually ksh 10/= and not even the published sms rate of Ksh 5/= to other networks.<BR>
