[kictanet] Tribute to the ICT transformative agenda of President Emilio Mwai Kibaki

Hi @Mwendwa Kivuva <kivuva at kictanet.or.ke> i remember him for all the
things you have stated but most importantly Konza. I was among the many
listers who attended thanks to @Bitange Ndemo <bndemo at bitangendemo.me> .
President Kibaki looked around and addressed the many doubting Thomases
saying that when he envisioned the free primary school program many doubted
that it would come to pass. He said the same would apply to Konza, he
seemed to really beleive in the Technopolis as an idea whose time had come.
I hope the Kenya News Agency or Ministry of ICT kept his remarks for
posterity.
