President Kibaki looked around and addressed the many doubting Thomases saying that when he envisioned the free primary school program many doubted that it would come to pass. I hope the Kenya News Agency or Ministry of ICT kept his remarks for posterity.

Regards

On Sat, 23 Apr 2022, 2:28 am Mwendwa Kivuva via KICTANet, <kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke> wrote:

As we mourn and celebrate the 3rd President of Kenya, Emilio Mwai Kibaki, let us remember his transformative agenda for the ICT industry in Kenya, especially in giving professionals free reign and putting Kenya on the world ICT map.
