I fully agree with the sentiments here.

I understand Bwana Mutua is a lister so if he's lurking somewhere let him
come out and address some of these issues raised here.

For me I have one thing to say to him - Soft Power is ALWAYS more effective
than HARD POWER..Especially when you think you have the HARD POWER but you
don't necessarily have it.

Bwana Mutua needs to tone down the rhetoric and engage with stakeholders.
