@Muraya, the best example yet would be 1998 bombing in Nairobi. Ufundi
cooperative and Cooperative Bank of Kenya were extensively affected. This
shows that any actor can be affected.
Although laws and policies are good, we don't need them to be responsible
and employ best practice
