First let me ask. 

:-) You hijacked the IEBC discussion on elections. Why? :-)

To your point on Safaricom. Very interesting blog by Yawe. The only thing I disagree with is accessing the Safaricom information. Safaricom is not a public institution. Iko na Wenyewe. What Yawe is describing or asking is for Safaricom to release the most potent arsenal they have for public consumption. Data. Which they can use and should to target me with more nuanced products specifically for me. Why should they give it out? It would open a Pandora's box of problems for them. That role is best left for Herufi House where the Kenya Bureau of Statisitics is domiciled.
