Safaricom is not a public institution. Iko na Wenyewe. What Yawe is describing or asking is for Safaricom to release the most potent arsenal they have for public consumption. Data. Which they can use and should to target me with more nuanced products specifically for me. Why should they give it out? It would open a Pandora's box of problems for them.
