[kictanet] IEBC registry shows 128, 926 records of shared voter details - Who audits the IEBC database?

We might be crucify in iebc for something entirely not their doing. That
the duplicates have been found and have to be dealt with is likely more a
challenge of the system not being real time. I think it is not necessarily
a database design issue. I refuse to believe that regardless of competency
levels mistakes of that nature would be the case.
