The polarization issue is real. My main bone of contention here is not whether the radio stations will be expensive, create polarization etc. The arguments presented so far are akin to a debate over a knife:- 

Is it useful or harmful? 

Let's get back to the real issue. And Grace Bomu articulated it well by going back to the constitution. This is the problem with this country. If we just focused on our responsibilities as citizens we won't be discussing how counties are bad and that they are misusing funds, polarizing us etc. WE put them there. We have the right to recall governors or vote them out.
