[kictanet] Permission Marketing and misuse of customer data by Telcos

Safaricom recently enrolled me into a games premium service where I was
unknowingly being deducted airtime daily for playing games. After
complaining and throwing quite some tantrums, I got a refund of 1,000
shillings. I got thinking how much more money I have lost over the years in
other deductions that am unaware of.
