[kictanet] Are the American Internet Giants Politically Agnostic?

I would rather a system that does not result in deaths, threats or loss of
property. In Kenya and Africa at large, we are even shy to debate use of
social media because it may incite some.
I hear that we want to regulate social media for 2017 elections....
