[kictanet] Fwd: TCRA to enforce use of .tz domain names

Its fine that Governments should encourage the use of the local Domain
Name space but they should perhaps do this by example. All Governments
should first use their own ccTLD - including e-mail services. I see too
many business cards with gmail/yahoo - etc.

Forcing is - I believe - wrong.

ZA Domains have good respect and numbers - nothing was ever forced.
However, the technology and policies behind ZA Domains has been (I
believe) supportive to them being both supplied and used for perhaps a
longer time than in other African ccTLDs. In time - others will get numbers.

Being pro-"dotAfrica" I'd hate to hear about any domain exclusion -
unless its towards ".COM" ;-)
