@Walu,

I hear about an ICT Body and I wonder, how exactly would this ever work if
we can't even define what our ICT is?

Its like a body for Healthcare Industry... Impossible to have one. But we
have Doctors , Pharmacists, Biologists, Genetics, Nurses Associations...

When you refer to IEEE, as an example, that's a body for Electrical &
Electronics Engineers. There are clear cut professional studies and exams
that you must undertake and pass respectively, for you to join.

You wouldn't find Mechanical, Civil, Architects in such a body as they have
their respective associations.

But, guess what, in ICT you'll find Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical,
Civil, Chemical Engineers, Material Scientists, Developers, Database
Admins, Hackers, Web & Graphic Designers, Designers,Bloggers, PR guys,
Facebookians, Snapchatians *all* under the label ICT.

Try regulating that under a single set of rules.
