[kictanet] Fwd: Digital Kenya Press Pack - final sign off

Barrack,
There are many books in ICT we have not written.  We need a kamukunji and
agree on the next step.  I had little control on this one since editors
contributed what they thought was significant.  I have started another one
based on Kictanet's influence on policy.  This will bring into focus all
those who contributed.
