[kictanet] Hackers claim to steal 1TB of data from Ministry of Foreign Affairs

I think the role this group can take is to devise a strategy around how IT
frameworks need to be devised for such institutions. The 10 point plan of
action is an after result of this. Because to be frank, the 10 point plan
of action can not be effective unless external professional advise is not
only given, but is also allowed to be on premise to initiate the rollout.
No one internally (GoK institutions) can be versed on how to implement
these frameworks efficiently.

The kictanet community can therefore act as an overall oversight to manage
the initial transition into setting up a framework and also executing on
the implementation of the framework, then have a 10 point plan of action to
get the spotlight.
