Thank you Paul Roy for your positive outlook. Indeed Kictanet has proven
itself as being able to work with government and achieve tangible
objectives in creating solutions that benefit out society. Your 10 points
action plan is something that can be discussed on the list and hand over to
the policy makers. The CS of ICT, and the Permanent Secretaries have shown
commitment and goodwill in working with the community.
What would a draft action plan look like?

Can we develop a 10-point action plan to present to the government on the
