10-point plan on security for Government is good.
But I just realized we had some action points during the #First100Days initiative that may need review soon before we add more 10-points.

Additionally, there's an ongoing National ICT Policy Review exercise that I will be bringing on the KICTAnet list during the second week of May.  Perhaps listers will be patient and bring on board their Security ideas then.
But ofcourse, meanwhile, we can still continue 'ventilating' as a warm up :-)

This is really sad, I know govt has been trying to put in some effort. It seems good is not good enough. Instead of criticizing could we turn this forum using this new revelation to propose solutions?
Can we develop a 10-point action plan to present to the government on the way forward to ensure such breaches are minimized? I know it cannot be 100% eliminated, however we can minimize the risk significantly.
