Amazing how fast Zuku moved after my post! :-) Kudos to them and to
Kictanet - Apparently its more effective than Twitter! :-)

I am sorted.

At Peter - I would agree with you on the offering side. On the service
level side I give them a C-. And that's the crux of the matter. Service
going forward will be what separates the Chaff from the Chafu. Bottomline.
