This is going to be an interesting time as this offers a number of
opportunities for new players to be able to launch new content and
programming easily as they will have more advertisement backed revenues.
With the 3 main broadcaster now having to plan to review their video
presence and the type of services they will deploy and avail to the market.

Change is good and this sort of stance should make the current Broadcasters
innovate and see what will be the best commercial framework to deliver the
content they have been delivering over the
baiju last years.
In our view, there will be more opportunities to deliver online video via
portals or applications on smart TV etc. There are possibilities of
delivering as a part of a channel lineup.

The opportunity that is missing here in Kenya is to be able to access
accurate programming information and really a good content aggregator in
the market who can help prepare the content for all the different TV and
Radio programming or channel line ups. These areas are not well developed
here.
