Where are we now in Kenya with lower band spectrums?

“Unless that spectrum is released it’s going to take a very long time to
connect the rural areas,” he said, noting that to connect rural people
access to the the lower bands of spectrum – from approximately 400 MgH to
750 MgH – is needed.
