Do note the below response from the ICT Authority, Ag CEO, Victor Kyalo. We

Listers,


I have followed keenly to discussions surrounding the cancellation of
the laptop tender by the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board.


While I would like to comment on some of the issues, it will not be prudent
for me to do so now when the matter is being looked into by the relevant
authorities.


In the meantime, I would like to leave comments on the issue to the
procuring entity.


I will in due course respond as to our/my role at the appropriate time as
demanded by some listers.
