[kictanet] Can technology solve terrorist problems in Kenya?

So if re-registration will be based on a current database - what's the
point? Why not use the current database that re-registration  will be based
on?

Also, why have we diverted from tackling terrorism to tackling immigration
- this is similar to setting out to arrest car thieves but instead
arresting all those with logbook issues?
