[kictanet] [ISOC_KE] Should students be given laptops or e-readers?

Collins,

We need Android devices,with good apps/learning games for children.

We also need to make sure we get the latest in battery saving processor
technology. Some good Intel stuff is being announced in a few weeks time.

Let us avoid getting the "old" rejected stuff being dumped in Africa.
