[kictanet] [ISOC_KE] Should students be given laptops or e-readers?

I think the original OLPC laptop solves all these problem. Remember the
radios at some point that had a charging thing where you have a lever that
you turn around and after several revolutions you have enough charge to
listen to radio for hours? that would IMHO be a way of dealing both with
electrical shortages and child obesity..
