[kictanet] [ISOC_KE] Should students be given laptops or e-readers?

The challenge of power may be easier to overcome with time. Most of the
people in the remote areas are privileged to have "electronic devices"
(phones) and they have always found a way of keeping them charged.
The main challenge lies in relevance and adequacy of the digital content to
be loaded in the laptops.
