First, media houses cannot have 33,000 staff - one each at every polling
centre - but political parties do have such manpower and have conflicting
tallies. So the only credible source for the media is the IEBC....

That said, we need to admit as many Kenyans on social media already
satirically put forward that the foreign press is too eager to seek
negative news and will cling to the tiniest sign of bad news to spur a
story. Local media are more careful and are in a delicate manner still
informing the public of stories such as that raised by Edith - albeit with
less excitement than the foreign media would.
