Dear Lister's,

We would like to apologize to listers for the belated response on the
above mentioned meeting. Due to increased interest from different
stakeholder groups , the planning committee has decided to hold the
first stakeholder meeting on  4 th July 2013 at the Strathmore
University Auditorium  from 9 am to 5 pm. This is to allow different
stakeholders to come up with position papers in addition to the online
discussions we held last week. This will then be collated and
presented to the government at a separate event on 19th July 2013.
