How about then we remove the disciplined forces in our country seeing how we are having serious security cock ups? :)

I will venture though to agree that the solution is a hybrid. The issue really is how to achieve balance to ensure we don't compromise entirely personal freedoms, National Security and of course the enablement of enterprise.
