Sorry Adam but I beg to differ.

1) You cannot compare the US copper plant with the Kenyan copper plant
2) One of the most valuable components of a copper plant is the right of
way (wayleave)
3) TKL also owns/controls 40% of the TEAMS fiber optic cable
4) TKL has management rights for the National fibre backbone - NOFBI
5) TKL owns real estate in every county, district and sub-location in the
country (it's branches and exchanges)
6) TKL holds a "basket" of licenses,along with frequencies that would
arouse any telco in the world
