@Adam thanks for the correction. I need to do my homework better. It
appears most of the companies are not wholly govt controlled. They are
however still vibrant maybe due to Govt. influence such as the monopoly
afforded to AT&T.

As Brian says, the sheer infrastructure so strategically placed is a gold
mine. No reason they shouldn't be the most profitable institution this side
of the Congo Forest. And I do not believe it is inept management. I believe
it is legitimate shareholder dilution.
