Baiju

Most of us face the same issue. I don't believe Zuku is the only culprit.
The entire industry seems to have 'conspired' around this. However if you
read the fine print on the contract you will no doubt see the disclaimer
about 'shared links'. I call it the 'Tyranny of Shared Connectivity'.

This issue goes beyond consumer interest and touches on the whole regime of
Internet Governance and the discussions around guarantees on Service
Delivery and Quality of Service.

May be this is a topic that the more technically savvy listers can explain
to us.

Barrack, may be this is an interesting topic for our forthcoming IGF?
