I've been having some unresolved headache concerning this issue.
My matter, is generally asking, why did the President's Private Secretary
have to write to MoIC concerning MTRs? Could he have hidden interests?
Also, did Prof. Wanjohi approach this issue in a personal capacity using
the President's seal?
In my little opinion, if the law said we lower the MTRs to this much the
CCK should go ahead and implement it, then wait to see if Wanjohi would
fire the whole of CCK board and staff.
