[kictanet] Companies registry website cost 62 million, cant even search….

This is baffling to me. I'm not a tech person, so it's well possibly that
I'm not tech literate enough, but I checked out the website (
http://www.attorney-general.go.ke/data/) and ... umm, does the 'company
registry' actually do anything?

Also, has the ownership of 3Mice changed or is there a conflict of
interest?
