[kictanet] Companies registry website cost 62 million, cant even search….

The search function on the tenders website doesn't work either. It's like
putting out a great deal of information but making it only 'browseable' not
searchable. Surely we have firms here that can deliver these projects on
budget, on time and to specifications, don't we?
