I think it's in order to ask the board chair (maybe *request  *is a better
word?) to enlighten us on this perceived high "CEO/staff turnover".

I am wondering why Rebecca is scared of naming names if she has the facts.

Wwith whom does the buck stop at KENIC? Chairman? Then he should be
replaced.
