[kictanet] 4 CEOS in 5 years? Something doesn't seem right at KENIC

@Mblayo,

this is truly a concern. Not sure why the founding CEO (Mich) left, but I think he was (still is?) exceptional.  The second one Vincent N. was equally good but I always thought he left for "geener" pasturers? As for Joe Kiragu (the third guy), I think he was as technical as they come.     Didnt get much time to interact with the latest (CEO/Casualty?) Wambua but the few times I did, I found him quite professional...I dont buy the idea that one needs to be Techie in order to run a technical company and so am quite suprised the Wambua is now in the out-tray.

So maybe this should be one of the issues that members (stakeholders) should be asking the Chair (whom I have been thinking is Sammuy B, but Becky's report says it is our one and only Alice M.) When is the next AGM, I would not like to miss out this time around .

walu.

Rebecca asks some pertinent questions in this article about KENIC http://ht.ly/9K21N
Having previously served as a director on the KENIC board I can only ask "what is amiss?"

There seems to be trouble with either selection of a CEO or retention or both.
