Frankly - and speaking for a position of *significant* insight into the
processes, history and dynamics behind both the .africa/.dotafrica debacle
as well as KENIC - I would like to assert that for this writer to try and
suggest that there is a relationship between the two and whatever issues
they might respectively have is wrong. Seems like a bold push for a
sensational "angle" to the story - wrong move....
