[kictanet] Equity Bank's ATMs a big let down

Zachary I think part of the issue may have to do with the connectivity
providers that link their ATMs together.   If the WAN links/leased
lines/fibre are down/cut/vandalised etc - then we can't really lay all the
blame at their feet - unless they own their own connectivity
infrastructure.    As
