It will be a contradiction to switch off poor Kenyans who have food
and school fees on their menu rather than fake Chinese gadgets in the
pretence of improving their lives. Let Kenyans choose their prefered
mode of reception until 2015. Only elitist and pretenders to elitism
pass policies that favour the well off
