[kictanet] Nairobi switches to digital TV signal by December 31

Ill believe it when its off... im thinking how legal suits will land in
courts, ooh, someone does not want scrutiny of elections in march, ooh, set
top boxes are nowhere, ooh this ooh that. then it will be postponed to mid
next year, then maybe end of the year.....
