Its an extremely debatable issue, recognising anyone would encourage allot
of claims to be made, failure to recognise means fear and loss of trust and
this will discourage innovations.

The most inquires we have received at the Nailab for the last 2 weeks since
we launched is " How do I make sure my idea is not stolen?" - we do have an
IP lawyer to help the incubatees overcome this fear at the moment.

KIPI can help by simplify the process of application, the cost is affordable
but the process is intimidating for young people.
