Must things always take the boardroom/academic angle?

The case by Yawe is clear. In this time and age, Posta MUST be made to
embrace efficient and convenient payment systems. Period. There is M-Pesa,
Zap, etc. The bureaucracy at Posta MUST be eliminated.

I am not surprised "Eastleigh Postal Services" are very efficient and
popular - even though the govt doesn't get any revenues from it.
