Thnx Wambua for the invite. Plse unleash the Agenda/Days program since some of us may not make for the whole day (read- want to know what time lunch and tea is ;-)

is NOT an agenda but the report on the recently held IGF discussions.

Kenya Network Information Centre (KENIC), the Kenya ICT Action
Network (KICTANet) and other participating organisations wish to

Kenya IGF to be held at AFRALTI (see
map below) on Friday
22nd,July 2010 from
7.00 am to 4:00 pm.The
2011 Kenya IGF is a follow up to the 2010 national IGF and the
regional East Africa Internet Governance Forum 2010.The
national and the regional forums aim at creating
awareness,instituting a consensus building process to develop a
common understanding of local IG issues as well as building capacity 
to enable meaningful participation in global Internet policy,
governance and development processes and initiatives.The
Kenya IGF will therefore provide Kenyan Internet stakeholders with
an opportunity to increase their understanding of Internet
governance issues and the links with socio-economic, political
and cultural development and strengthen
the internet governance community of practice evolving in the East
Africa region.As
Kenya will be hosting the 2011 global United Nations Internet
Governance Forum (UN-IGF) the Kenya and EA forums will support the
goals of the UN-IGF and the continued evolution of the open,multi-stakeholder
internet.The
outcomes of the K-IGF will be submitted and presented at the 2011
East Africa Internet Governance Forum (EA-IGF 2011) to be held
in Kigali, Rwanda in  August and subsequently to the global
Internet Governance Forum (IGF) meeting to be held in Nairobi ,Kenya,
from 27-30 September 2011. More information can be found on
