hi listers,

I also believe the bill should define the appointment of the CEO and his or her qualifications just like the constitution did for inspector general of police service. I am sure we all know the effectiveness of the ICCK depend more on the CEO and the staff than the commissioners.

Also the bill does not state the full time roles of the commissioners and how to avoid overlapping and crushing with that of the staff
