This is very valuable information on SITT. Am thinking one of our big
problems as an 'information' technology sector is that 'information' is
 very viscous - it does not flow easily to those who need it to make
decisions. A periodic compilation and publication of info on such
initiatives, their achievements and targets will be very useful.

On older issue of whether we need more business incubation programs, am
thinking such efforts are what will help to fill up the 5,000 acre
technopolis at Malili with strong Kenyan firms.
