[kictanet] Internet Telcos, Network Operators or Large ISPs : Will a local competition for breaking the One-TeraBit/sec barrier work?

This is what network engineers cannot visualise but truly engineering

It seems to me if there was a kenyan content competition to break the above
bandwidth barrier, there would be long term gains on price reductions and
capacities utilised. Basically the competition can be run for the most
viewed content video hosted locally that will touch the One TeraBit/sec mark
in about 30 days or so since being uploaded?

Any takers, I hope..
